Hose Pull AMRAP


Don all structure PPE click into air and drill starts:
Pull 150' pre-connect, flake out and call for water
once hose is charged, low crawl 100' dragging the line, spray water and the work out begins-

15 minutes of continuous work, as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of the following:
5 tire flips
20 sledge hammer swings
15 push ups
10 squat
1 100' ladder carry w/ 24' ladder

if you run out of air D/C your regulator and continue for the rest of the 15 min
count total rounds
