Pull ups on the minute, do 1 pull up the first min, 2 the second, 3 the third, ect till you can no longer finish the amount of pull ups in the min time period.
Here at the Helibase we are implementing Crossfit workouts into our normal daily physical fitness routine (i.e. running and hiking) to help give our crew better all around functional fitness. With combining Crossfit and our normal arduous runs and hikes we are seeing gains in flexiblity, strength, stamina, endurance, and recovery.
