200 push ups
200 crunches (added)
300 squats
1 mile run
for time
You must start and end the work out with a 1 mile run, break up the rest of the exercises as needed being sure to complete all reps.
Pull ups can be: dead hang, kipping, jumping, band assist, or a combo
