In teams of two complete all of the following reps:
100 burpees
200 sit ups
100 pull ups
150 KB swings
3 15ft rope climbs
2 buddy carries (200 yards)
Both teamates may be working at the same time but not on the same exercise, rope climbs can be done at any time during the workout but buddy carries must be done last. Also you may switch partners during the carry as needed.
Chavarri and Sowa- 21:20
LaMora and Maguire- 22:04
Nore and Fralia- 22:30
Carroll and Czapinski- 25:10
